Last week, I asked you which PAIR you think had the best photo for the Asia’s Next Top Model Cycle 6 Episode 4 Belle of the Brawl/GLOW photo shoot, and you have voted…
Congratulations,Thanh Vy & Adela! Your photo was the Amiciness readers’ favorite! 🙂
The Loud and Quiet Girls get together in one room. Rubini left a special message for Han to keep going in the competition which provided the latter with some much-needed words of encouragement. Awww, a group hug! “Top 8 now!” Cue opening titles.
The alumni mentors are in the model house. “Cindy has decided to make some changes to the mentorship.” Pim will be moving to Monika’s team. Mia now thinks Adela is a threat. Tu is now proud of her team, for a change, mainly because Adela and Beauty got to the Top 3 performances.
The alumni mentors introduce last cycle’s model mentor, Cara G McIlroy.
Challenge: Est.Lab Screen Test
The girls have to do a screen test for show sponsor Est.Lab. The girls need to prove that they can represent and be a beauty brand ambassador. Now for a few minutes of #sponsored #ads, where the girls read out the benefits of the Est.Lab products. Singaporean Est.Lab ambassador Jesseca Liu is on-set to help judge the girls’ screen tests with Cara. The girls need to read out their scripts perfectly.
Challenge Winner: Adela
Pim is at the bottom of the challenge scoreboard. Cindy gives the girls a wine party. After a bit of forced drama, which I’m not even interested to detail here, the girls proceed to the pool for a pool party!
Photo shoot: Estetica Captured Moments Beauty Shoot
The girls have to show their personalities in a natural beauty shoot for Est.Lab. The photographer is the same from last week. Cara and the model mentors are on set. The alumni mentors seem to be much more hands-on than before, or at least, the show is showing much more of their involvement.
Tu to Adela: I want beautiful but not boring.
It’s a Cycle 5 reunion! Cara joins Yu Tsai and Cindy in the deliberation panel. Love Cindy’s dress!
Beauty: Cara says she looked sleepy and tired. Yu Tsai is disappointed that her photo looks amateur.
Mia: Cindy doesn’t hate the photo, but it doesn’t look like a beauty campaign shoot. Mia says that it’s because she’s scared of her flaws, but Cindy’s not having any of that BS. #fierce
Jachin: Cara was impressed with her energy on set. She and Cindy both loved her photo, but Yu Tsai didn’t think she committed enough.
Dana: She nailed the brief according to Cindy. Yu Tsai thinks it’s good, but it looks more like a hair ad.
Pim: Gorgeous, says Cindy, but Pim looks bored, not on-brief. Yu Tsai thinks she could’ve brought more of her edginess in the photo.
Han: It was painful to watch your discomfort on set, says Cara, but she was proud of Han for taking criticism in stride. The judges all don’t love the photo.
Thanh Vy: The judges liked the photo, but Yu Tsai gives a little nitpick regarding her eyes looking too far off the frame.
Adela: Cara thinks that she was boring on set, wanted her to have much more personality. Yu Tsai doesn’t like the awkwardness and looking rehearsed. The FCO gets to be an Est.Lab brand ambassador.
👑 FCO: Dana
⚠ Bottom 2: Mia & Han
❌ Eliminated: Han
Call Out Order 👇
- Thanh Vy
- Han ❌
Han really is the most mature among the girls, and she’s the youngest! Love her parting words! ❤
