Globe LIVE! and 9 Works Theatrical are back with Eto na! Musikal nAPO! an original Filipino musical based on the music of the APO Hiking Society, nonetheless. Globe and 9 Works’ first Pinoy musical centers on a barkada’s colorful college life in Manila 1975. It isn’t auto-biographical (let’s straighten that out) but it is inspired by the story of how APO started and came about.
So… funny story: my sister was looking at a pair of Trekz Air headphones displayed at Digital Walker (not sponsored; most of my posts are not sponsored anyway). She was so excited to show it to me thinking it only cost Php 850, which made me excited as well. Later we discover (to both our horrors) that it was actually priced at Php 8,550. Fortunately (or sadly, depending on the perspective), this wasn’t enough to stop me from buying the product.

Back from last year’s hit classical concert “Songs from a Silver World,” the talented scholars of Klassikal Music Foundation (KMF) are set to put a grand twist on some of the most enjoyable songs ever written in Klassikal Music Foundation presents: One with the Stars, KMF’s 10th anniversary musical extravaganza.
Founded in 2007 by McDonald’s Philippines Founder and Chairman Dr. George T. Yang, KMF is a scholarship fund that provides assistance to deserving students who are financially incapable of pushing through with costly music degrees. By doing so, this brings these wunderkinds closer to their dreams.
Another year, another Eurovision. This year, for Eurovision Song Contest 2016, Europe (and some other Asian countries plus Australia) is coming together in Stockholm, Sweden this year after the country’s victory in 2015 with Måns Zelmerlöw and the song “Heroes.”
